What we build. Three AI builds in detail.
Vybzz is a new firm and has no client results to show you yet. So instead of borrowing somebody else’s, here is exactly what we build, for three kinds of business, in the detail you would need to judge whether it would work in yours. When we have a client result worth publishing, it will appear here with the client’s name on it.
The family agency that stopped losing evenings, and applicants.
A family-run estate and lettings agency. Portal enquiries arrived around the clock, but replies went out in office hours. Viewings were booked by phone tag, vendors chased negotiators for updates, and Saturdays were spent on admin no one billed for.
A Sales Superagent covering the front of the pipeline. Every enquiry answered and qualified within a minute, viewings booked straight into negotiators’ diaries, automatic vendor updates after every viewing, and follow-up sequences that run until an applicant answers.
Out-of-hours enquiries arrive as booked viewings rather than a morning backlog. Vendors stop ringing for updates, because the update reached them first. The Saturday admin does not need doing, because it was done as it happened.
The clinic whose new patients stopped shopping around.
A cosmetic dental clinic spending well on advertising and losing the results at the front desk. Evening enquiries answered next day, treatment-plan follow-ups skipped when the diary got busy, and no-shows quietly absorbing chair time.
A front-of-house Superagent. New-patient enquiries answered in seconds at any hour, consultations booked with deposits taken in the same conversation, recalls and reminders automated, and every lapsed treatment plan followed up politely until answered.
Advertising spend starts paying for consultations rather than sitting in an inbox until morning. The deposit is taken while the patient is still in the conversation, so the slot is secured before they carry on shopping around. Lapsed treatment plans get followed up whether or not the diary is busy.
A different clinic profile from the one in A Week in the Life at a Dental Clinic. Different size, different starting point, same pattern.
The installer whose quotes stopped going cold.
A solar installer generating steady quote requests, then losing them. The team was on roofs all day. Follow-up happened when someone remembered. Surveys took a week of phone tag to arrange, and finished installs were never asked for referrals.
A Sales and Operations Superagent pair. Quote requests captured and qualified on arrival, surveys booked against live diaries, a follow-up cadence on day 1, 3, 7 and 14 until every quote is answered, and automated post-install care with referral requests.
Quotes stop dying of silence, because the chasing runs whether or not anybody remembered. Surveys get booked while the team is on a roof. The referral request goes out at the moment the install finishes, rather than never.
Your business would be the first.
We price accordingly, and you can ask about that on the call. Every build starts the same way: an audit, a written report and a decision made on numbers.
