The AI audit. A map, not a pitch.
Most businesses know AI matters. Almost none know where it fits, and the industry selling it has every incentive to keep things vague. The audit is the opposite, a structured, plain-English review of your business that finds exactly where time and revenue are leaking, and precisely which solutions would fix it. No jargon. No hype.
You walk away with a written report you own, whether or not you ever spend another pound with us.
Book a Discovery CallFour steps. One honest answer.
Discovery
A structured conversation about how your business actually runs. Where enquiries come from, where hours go, what gets chased and what gets dropped.
One session, about 90 minutesAnalysis
We trace each workflow end to end and put numbers on the leaks, the missed enquiries, the late follow-ups and the admin drag, in hours and pounds.
We do this, you do nothingReport
A written document mapping every leak we found, the specific solution for each, and the commercial case, including the ones not worth building.
Delivered within five working daysRecommendation
A walkthrough of the report and one clear recommendation. What to build first, what it would do, and what happens next if you want us to build it.
Yours to act on, with us or withoutIf the honest answer is that AI won’t pay for itself in your business yet, that’s what the report will say.
Priced to be a bargain on the page.
The audit is a piece of senior work, not a teaser for a sales call. It takes experienced eyes through your business end to end and puts a number, in hours and pounds, on every leak it finds. Set against ten or more hours a week of recoverable time, the fee tends to look small next to the first month of what it uncovers.
And because half the fee is credited against your first build, businesses that go on to work with us pay half price for the map. The ones that don’t still own it.
The fee is not the risk. Running a business on guesswork is.
A document you own.
Every audit produces a written report in plain English an 11-year-old could follow. It is yours. Take it to us, take it to another firm, or act on it internally. Most clients use it to decide what to build first, but the map is valuable either way.
Every finding is expressed in minutes, hours, phone calls, emails and pounds. Never “efficiency”. Never “digital transformation”.
If you build, this is the route.
The audit is stage one of six. You are never asked to take the rest on faith, nothing acts on your business until you have watched it work and signed it off.
Built around your processes and connected to your calendar, inbox and systems, with a dashboard where you can watch everything it does. One to two weeks for a single role, three to four for a department.
You test it in private against your awkward customer, your vaguest enquiry and your busiest week. Nothing it does here touches the business, and you keep the right to say “not yet”. About a week.
It handles real enquiries, but every reply and action waits in an approval queue until you sign it off. You correct it, and it learns your judgement. One to two weeks, until approving gets boring.
It works around the clock. Anything consequential still queues for approval, anything sensitive goes to a human with full context, everything stays logged, and you get a weekly plain-English report. Managed monthly.
The audit marked against itself: hours returned, enquiries answered, revenue recovered, measured against what the report said was there. Then a recommendation on what to automate next. Or not.
If your audit doesn’t identify at least 10 hours a week of recoverable value, you don’t pay for it.
The audit either earns its fee on the page, or it costs you nothing. The risk of finding out where your business leaks sits entirely with us.
Asked before every audit.
What does the audit cost?
The fee is fixed and agreed in writing before you commit. If you go on to build with us, 50% of the fee is credited against that first build. The audit price moves with how much there is to go through, so you get the exact figure in writing before you pay anything.
How much does a Superagent cost?
The Website & WhatsApp Superagent is scoped and quoted at the audit, a role or a department alike, because pricing it before we have seen how you work would mean guessing at your expense. The number you approve is the number you pay.
How much of my time does it take?
One structured session of about 90 minutes, plus honest answers to a short list of follow-up questions. The analysis and the writing are our job, not yours.
Do I need to understand AI?
No. The conversation is about how your business runs. Enquiries, bookings, invoices, chasing. The report is written in plain English an 11-year-old could follow.
What if you don’t find enough?
Then you don’t pay. If the audit doesn’t identify at least 10 hours a week of recoverable value, the fee is waived. That guarantee is in writing.
Am I committing to building anything?
No. The report is yours to keep. Act on it with us, with another firm, or internally. It always includes the honest column, the things not worth building.
How quickly do I get the report?
Within five working days of the discovery session, followed by a walkthrough and one clear recommendation on what to do first.
Start with the map.
One conversation to begin. A written report at the end. A precise answer to the only question that matters. Where would AI pay for itself in your business?
