AI document automation. The paperwork, read for you.

Invoices, CVs, contracts, forms, post. Every business drowns in documents that someone has to open, read, re-type and file. We build AI that does the reading, extracting every field, checking it and putting it where it belongs.

What it changes

Afternoons become seconds.

What it does

Reads, extracts, files

Any document, any format. The data lifted out, validated against your records and filed into the systems you already use.

What it replaces

Manual data entry

The keying-in from invoices, CVs, contracts and forms, and the transposition errors that cost real money downstream.

What you get back

Clean data, on time

Documents processed the moment they arrive, with anything ambiguous flagged for a human instead of guessed.

In practice

What that looks like on a Tuesday.

Recruitment

Two hundred CVs by lunch

An inbox of applications becomes a ranked shortlist with formatted profiles, matched against the brief rather than keywords.

Accounts

Invoices that file themselves

Supplier invoices read, coded and entered with every line checked. Exceptions queued for approval, not buried.

Legal & property

Contracts, summarised

Key terms, dates and obligations extracted into a register, with deadline reminders that never rely on memory.

The reading is the work. So we taught the system to read.

The role

A reader that never skims.

Document and data intelligence is AI that does the reading your business drowns in. Invoices, CVs, contracts, forms, post. It opens each document, lifts out every field that matters, checks the data against your records and files it into the systems you already use.

The purpose is to remove the keying-in, and with it the transposition errors that cost real money downstream. A person reads two hundred pages on a good day and gets tired after fifty. This reads everything, to the same standard, at any hour.

It is not a scanner with ambitions. Exceptions and anything ambiguous are queued for a human decision with full context attached, so judgement stays with your people and the drudgery does not.

How it helps you

What changes when the reading is done for you.

01 The backlog cleared Inboxes and trays that took a person all week are processed as they arrive. Nothing waits and nothing piles up.
02 Accuracy that holds Every field is validated against your records before it is filed. The £1,200 typo on a supplier invoice gets caught, not paid.
03 Decisions reach you sooner CVs become ranked shortlists, contracts become obligation registers and invoices become coded entries the same day they arrive.
04 An audit trail by default Every extraction is logged with its source, so you can trace any number back to the exact line on the exact page.
05 People promoted off the typing The hours your team spent re-keying become hours spent on work that needs a human.
Use cases

Where it earns its keep.

Accounts payable

Invoices that file themselves

Supplier invoices read, coded and entered with every line checked, and exceptions queued for approval rather than buried.

Recruitment

Two hundred CVs by lunch

An inbox of applications becomes a ranked shortlist with formatted profiles, matched against the brief rather than keywords.

Contracts

Obligations that surface themselves

Key terms, dates and renewal clauses extracted into a register, with reminders that never rely on memory.

Onboarding packs

Forms without the form-filling

Client and employee paperwork read, validated and pushed into your systems in one pass.

Compliance

Evidence, organised

Certificates, policies and records checked for expiry and completeness, with gaps flagged before an auditor finds them.

Post and inboxes

The morning pile, triaged

Scanned post and shared inboxes sorted, summarised and routed to the right person with the reading already done.

Questions

Asked before every build.

How accurate is it?

More accurate than manual keying, because every extraction is validated against your existing records and anything uncertain is queued for a person instead of guessed. You see the accuracy figures in your monthly report.

What formats does it handle?

PDFs, scans, photographs, spreadsheets, email bodies and attachments. If a human could read it, it can be read.

Is our data safe?

Documents are processed within an encrypted pipeline, handled in line with UK GDPR, and never used to train public models. Retention follows your policy, not ours.

Where does the data end up?

In the systems you already run. Your accounts package, ATS, CRM or document store. We build the connections as part of the engagement.

Put the paperwork down.

The AI audit maps where this fits your business, and what it returns, before you spend a pound on the build.
